Puzzling as it may seem, we have put together a pretty simple list of things you may need to know when it comes to comparing or switching a mortgage.

What you may need to know:

  • Details of your existing mortgage.

  • Your estimated property value

  • Your current loan type for example, variable, fixed, tracker.

  • Your remaining loan balance
